Puff counts are the manufacturer’s “up to” ratings. Real use is usually lower, especially with long draws or a lot of Boost mode.
RAZ Vue kit vs replacement pod
The kit is the starting point. It includes the 900 mAh power bank, which holds the main battery, the screen and the USB-C port, plus one pod. The replacement pod is a refill for people who already have the power bank. It does not include the bank.
On October 25, 2026 both were listed at $24.99. Because the kit and the pod cost the same, a first-time buyer gets the bank at no extra cost by choosing the kit. If you already own a Vue bank, the pod is all you need, and the pod list has three more flavors than the kit list. Prices can change, so check the product page before you order.
Vue pods fit the Vue 50K power bank only. They do not work on the RAZ LTX or RAZ RX, which are sealed disposables, and they do not fit Geek Bar systems. Our pod compatibility chart lists which pods go with which device.
How to use the RAZ Vue 50K
- Charge the power bank. Plug the bank into a USB-C cable until the screen shows a full battery. The USB-C port is on the bank, not the pod.
- Attach the pod. Remove any packaging or seal from the pod and fit it onto the bank until it clicks or sits firmly.
- Choose Normal or Boost. Normal (12 W) is smoother and gets the most rated puffs. Boost (24 W) gives a bigger, warmer hit and uses the pod faster. The exact button steps for switching modes are in the manual in the box.
- Draw to use. Take slow, even puffs. Shorter puffs are closer to how puff ratings are worked out.
- Watch the pod and the screen. The clear pod shows how much e-liquid is left, and the LED screen shows device status. When the pod is empty or the flavor fades or tastes burnt, swap in a new pod.

Normal vs Boost mode
The two modes trade puff count for intensity:
- Normal (12 W): up to 50,000 puffs per pod. Best if you want each pod to go as far as possible.
- Boost (24 W): up to 25,000 puffs per pod. Twice the wattage, so a denser hit and half the rated puffs.
At 200 puffs a day, that is roughly 250 days per pod in Normal or 125 days in Boost on paper. This is simple math on the manufacturer rating, not a test, so plan on less. Why the pod has its own battery
Most pod systems keep the whole battery in the device. The Vue splits it: the 900 mAh bank does most of the work, and each pod carries its own 420 mAh cell. The practical upside is that a fresh pod brings some charge with it, so swapping pods also tops up part of your power. You still charge only the bank through USB-C. If the bank is low, charge it before you blame the pod.
