PACT Act & Shipping Restrictions

You must be 21 or older to buy from Smokey Cloudz. Every order is age-verified at checkout and needs an adult signature with a valid ID on delivery.

Age requirement

We sell only to adults 21 and over. At checkout we check your name, date of birth and address through a third-party age verification service. If we can’t verify you, you may be asked to upload a photo ID. Orders that don’t pass verification are cancelled and refunded.

Adult signature on delivery

Someone 21 or older must sign for the package and show a valid government-issued photo ID. Packages can’t be left at the door. The order name and the ID should match. Orders under $150 include a $7.00 Adult Signature Required (21+) fee. Orders of $150 or more pay no adult signature fee.

We comply with the PACT Act

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act covers online sales of vapor products in the US. To follow it, we:

verify the buyer’s age before shipping,
require an adult (21+) signature and ID check at delivery,
label every package as required by the PACT Act,
collect state and local taxes where required, and
ship every order by an adult-signature delivery service.

We are registered under the PACT Act with the ATF and the states we ship to.
