Quick answer: A Raz that won’t hit is usually (1) out of charge, (2) blocked at the mouthpiece/airflow, (3) not sensing your draw, or (4) out of e-liquid or with a burnt coil. Charge it, clear the airflow, take slow gentle puffs, and check the e-liquid reading. If it’s empty or tastes burnt, it’s done.
1. Battery
- Charge fully with USB-C. If nothing lights while plugged in, try another cable and port.
- Cold devices can underperform — warm to room temperature.
2. Airflow
- Check for a leftover cap, sticker, or silicone plug on the mouthpiece or bottom.
- Gently tap out condensation; wipe with a dry tissue.
- If your model has an airflow slider, open it.
3. Sensor
- Take slow, steady puffs. Very hard pulls can flood the sensor/coil.
- Store it upright and dry; moisture can confuse the sensor.
4. E-liquid and coil
- If the screen shows empty, or every puff tastes burnt, the device is finished.
