Puff counts are manufacturer ratings. Real results depend on how long and how often you draw, and on which mode you use.
Which lasts longer, the Pulse X2 or the RAZ RX?
On paper, it’s a tie at the top. Both are rated up to 50,000 puffs in their standard mode. The difference shows up when you turn the power up. The Pulse X2’s Pulse mode is rated for up to 25,000 puffs. The RAZ RX has two stronger settings: Boost at up to 25,000 and Super Boost at up to 20,000. As the RX page puts it, higher power means fewer puffs.
So if you plan to stay in the standard mode most of the time, neither has an edge on rated puffs. If you like the strongest setting, the Pulse X2’s top mode carries the higher rating. For more on what affects real-world life, see what disposable vape lasts the longest.
How do the modes compare?
Pulse X2: Two modes. Regular for everyday use, and Pulse when you want a bigger hit. Our product page credits VPU tech with getting more out of every drop.
RAZ RX: Three modes: Normal, Boost and Super Boost. That gives you a middle step between everyday and maximum output.
If you like to fine-tune, the RX’s extra step is the main draw. If you want something simple, the X2’s two-mode setup is easier to live with. Both have adjustable airflow, so you can also change the draw from tight to open. Our adjustable airflow vapes guide explains how that changes the feel.
Screens and everyday use
Both devices have screens. The Pulse X2’s 3D curved screen shows battery and e-liquid levels at a glance, according to our product page. The RAZ RX has a 3D HD screen; our page doesn’t break down what it displays. In daily use, both are draw-activated sealed disposables: remove the seals, check the charge, and take a slow, steady draw. When the e-liquid runs out, the whole device is finished. Neither one is refillable, and neither takes replacement pods.

Battery and charging
Both charge through USB-C. The RAZ RX page lists an 800 mAh battery. The Pulse X2 page does not list a battery capacity, so we won’t compare the two on mAh. Neither page lists a full charge time. Charge with a known-good cable and wall adapter, and unplug once it’s full. For general battery tips, see how long does a vape battery last.

- Choose the RAZ RX if you want three power steps, a listed 800 mAh battery, or one of the Dew or Batch Edition flavors.
- Want a reusable battery instead? Look at a pod kit like the RAZ Vue 50K, where you keep the power bank and swap pods.
