Smokey Cloudz sells nicotine products, including disposable vapes and pod systems. Federal law requires buyers to be at least 21 years old. We do not sell to anyone under 21, whatever their state’s laws say.

How We Verify Your Age

1. When you enter the site: you’ll be asked to confirm you are 21 or older before you can browse. This is only the first step. It does not count as verification.

2. At checkout: we verify your age and identity electronically using the name, address, and date of birth you enter. We check them against public and commercial records through a third-party age-verification provider . In most cases this takes seconds.

3. If we can’t verify you automatically: we may ask you to upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, . Your order will not ship until you are verified.

4. At delivery: an adult 21+ must sign for the package and may need to show ID to the carrier .

Important Rules

• The name and billing details on the order must belong to the person placing it. The shipping recipient must also be 21 or older.
• Buying for, giving to, or reselling to anyone under 21 is prohibited and against the law.
• We may cancel and refund any order that fails verification. We may also close accounts that give false information.
• Wholesale buyers must verify the age of their own customers at the point of sale, as federal, state, and local law requires.
